President & CEO
Saida Munroe is a strategic leader with over seven years of experience advancing MISSION DRIVEN initiatives. As President of STONELAKE PARTNERS, she brings deep expertise in regulatory compliance, systems transformation, and public health strategy. Her career began in public service—as an AmeriCorps member and as a contractor for the Nevada Department of Health and Human Services—where she supported statewide efforts to advance health equity and chronic disease prevention.Before founding STONELAKE PARTNERS, Saida Munroe held roles with UCLA Health, YMCA and the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors, where she helped lead innovative programs focused on policy, stakeholder engagement, and cross-sector collaboration.Today, Saida leads STONELAKE LEADERS with a results focused, mission first approach—helping clients navigate complex challenges and drive measurable impact across the public service landscape.
